Another mark in Philippine Real Estate history: the final version of the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9646, also known as the Real Estate Service Act or RESA, was finally signed by the PRB-RES and published last July 24, 2010 in the Philippine Star. A copy was circulated via the PAREB Yahoogroups email on July 28, 2010 by PAREB National President E. H. Bocaling. The IRR copy in this post contains President Bocaling’s watermark to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the document. For the MUNREB members’ reference, you may download the IRR of RA9646 here.
