During the 6th Anniversary GMM, Mr. Gavin Gavina of McLeod and Associates gave a stimulating project presentation on their latest project The Century City in Makati. But it also encouraged a number of members to learn more about selling to the overseas Filipino.
To accomodate the numerous requests, MUNREB conducted a special session last February 23, Saturday with Mr. Gavina. Gavin is Business
Development Manager for McLeod and Associates, Century Properties’ International Marketing Arm for Century City.
Gavin, who flew into Manila to present at the Anniversary GMM at the invitation of Prexy Mil Robles,gave in-depth tips on the frame of mind of the US-based Pinoy buyer; on the concept of equity and mortgage in the US and how it can be used for decision making in purchasing Philippine properties; investment advantages of purchasing property in the Philippines as against foreclosed properties in the US; plus a lot more.
